The TIA conference is the only global information and communications technology gathering dedicated to exploring the growth and design of tomorrow’s Network. The UX/CX 5.0 Panel will address how User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) are both currently in a state of transformation as today’s customers expect more of any group or organization they’re dealing with. This discussion will help answer “more of what?” and will examine how human behavior and digital knowledge interact to create new consumer paradigms of interaction and expectation.
And, on Wednesday, June 8, from 1 pm to 5 pm, UM’s Francisco Inchauste and Joe Johnston will be hosting a workshop entitled “Get Creative with IoT: Project, Product and Business Model Design.” The workshop is an exploration in envisioning IoT solutions and service models through lean design methods and rapid prototyping. After participating in the workshop, you’ll have:
